The Punłp ("poulp" = juniper) ADU.

Introducing the The Punłp ("poulp" = juniper) ADU. A combination of CLT and standard construction that maintains our commitment to sustainable construction and an energy efficient home.

This hybrid design features a shed roof and a rectangular footprint, 17 feet wide, making the Punłp ADU ideal for narrow sites and smaller budgets.

The interior walls, floor and roof are framed, just like in standard construction. However, unlike standard construction, the home includes rockwool insulation that is naturally hydrophobic (water-repellent and vapor permeable) and fire-resistant; zip system roof sheathing; quality windows, doors, roofing and siding; and exterior walls built with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) for the durability, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and beauty of solid timber construction.
