The Estkwés Tiny Home takes mass timber construction to the next level. 

Biophylic ingenuity has allowed us to return to the natural pairing of wood and its bark in contemporary style. Mass timber panels with cork siding are two beautiful materials that work together to insulate and weather-proof effortlessly. 

Designed for comfort, beauty, and integrity, the Estkwés Home was featured at the 2025 International Mass Timber Conference is making waves.

Size

A single Estkwes Tiny Home is a cozy retreat that maximizes functionality in just 250 square feet including a charming loft. With a compact footprint of 20' x 11'-6" and a height of 10'-6", it's perfectly designed to fit into various locations. 

This versatile space can be customized with or without a full bath and kitchen, making it suitable as a one-bedroom + full bath dwelling, or an ideal space for a home office, art studio, or children's hangout. For those looking for more room, multiple units can be combined to create a larger home with additional bedrooms and bathrooms as needed.

CedarStone’s mass timber homes have been awarded the prestigious Earth Advantage Platinum certification and Net Zero Energy Certifications. It was also awarded 2024 EA Market Rate Project of the Year , 2024 EA Community Engaged Design Award, and the 2024 EA Zero Energy Club setting a new standard in energy-efficient housing.
